Keith Armstrong – Chief Executive
Keith has extensive in-depth procurement knowledge and business management experience having successfully worked in Public Sector procurement for over 17 years.
Keith’s career journey started back in 2000 when he set up an e-commerce company for local businesses to sell their products online. Keith’s next move was to food wholesale giant Iceland where he worked in a supply-chain management role gaining extensive experience of working on contracts with an annual value of £220m delivered in a fast paced “just-in-time” environment.
Since then, his background has been firmly in procurement. Most recently he was Managing Director for a national procurement consortium that delivered £0.5bn compliant procurement across more than 170 contracts saving over 70 clients which included Social Housing Providers, NHS Trusts, Local Government, Education Authorities and Charities more than £60m.
In 2019 Keith established Procurement Assist Limited with Stephen Booth which brings together 20 years of procurement knowledge and more than 20 years sales and business development experience. This mix has created a unique offering to the market – superior procurement expertise delivered through a flexible, value for money and customer centric service delivery and support model.
