Keith Armstrong – Chief Executive

Keith has extensive in-depth procurement knowledge and business management experience having successfully worked in Public Sector procurement for over 16 years.

Keith’s journey as an entrepreneur started back in 2001 when he set up an e-commerce company for local businesses to sell their products online. Keith’s next move was to food wholesale giant Iceland where he worked in a supply-chain management role gaining extensive experience of working on contracts with an annual value of nearly £220m delivered in a fast paced “just-in-time” environment.

Since then, his background has been firmly in procurement consultancy and procurement consortia. In 2019 Keith established Procurement Assist Limited with long-time friend and business partner Stephen Booth bringing together 16 years of procurement knowledge and more than 20 years sales and business development experience. This mix has created a unique offering to the market – superior procurement expertise delivered through a flexible, value for money and customer centric service delivery and support model.
