The 4 year agreement, covers all aspects of office administration products, janitorial supplies, workwear, and PPE and is open for the whole of the UK public sector to use.

The framework is structured into 5 Lots, A to C are specific to product category supply, and two further Lots D and E – which are designed to accommodate the new ways of working that clients have adopted since the outbreak of Covid-19 – including the provision of fully managed office, and home office solutions. Both of which can be tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

The framework is structured so that each supplier is ranked on each Lot, with clients having the option to Direct Award, or conduct a Mini Competition. Lots D and E have sole supply – and as with the other lots direct awards can be quickly and easily made.

With fixed pricing, annual core product ranges, and 6 monthly pricing reviews, the framework is designed to stay ahead of the times and remain competitive in the marketplace for the next 4 years. Supplier performance will also be monitored quarterly, ensuring that clients always receive the levels of service they expect.
