Procurement Assist has launched two new flexible Dynamic Purchasing Systems for the whole public sector to use. Encompassing flexible solutions, the two new national agreements cover materials supply chain solutions and a full repairs and maintenance service.
“Our new flexible repairs and maintenance solutions cover all the requirements a public sector body would require to maintain assets they own or manage” says Keith Armstrong, CEO at Procurement Assist.
Keith explains: “The DPS model truly supports the complex ways assets are maintained in the public sector. We are now proud to provide a national materials supply chain solution that can be truly tailored to Clients needs, with an emphasis on flexibility. Performance monitoring, flexible delivery models and pricing are all core to our new Materials DPS.”
The DPS has proven very popular with a number of Clients, already commencing further competitions for their Materials supply chains in the first few days of launch.
“Our new Repairs and Maintenance DPS includes a variable service delivery model and pricing.” Keith describes in more detail: “We know that Clients all maintain assets, but their service delivery is very much different across the board after engaging with our Clients. The DPS allows Clients complete flexibility, based on trade, multi trade, and multi site operational delivery, with a real focus on key performance monitoring and pricing models to suit.”
The two new DPS’ are now fully operational and ready for Clients to use, taking the number of DPS solutions run by Procurement Assist to 40. Keith adds: “Our 40 DPS’ available for use by all the public sector and with full UK coverage truly makes Procurement Assist the procurement partner of choice.”
